We aim to dispatch all orders as swiftly and efficiently as we possibly can, we understand that the safe delivery of your order is important to you which is why we offer a range of delivery options and a priority dispatch service to speed things up if needed.
All of our wall stickers are hand-made to order, this means your products need to be manufactured to your requirements before they can be packed up and dispatched.
Delivery Methods and Production Times,
We offer standard production (aka 'no rush') and priority production options, please take note of the processing times for each before placing your order.
Please remember we need to create your decal from scratch before it can be dispatched. Standard production can take up to 2 weeks or sometimes longer during extremely busy periods. Please contact us before you order if you need it earlier than this to make sure we can process your order in time.
If you need your order for a specific date or deadline, or you really don't like waiting too long we strongly recommend choosing Priority production.

Shipping to anywhere in Europe is £10 and will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked (tracked shipping from the UK)
Shipping to the USA and Canada is £12.50 and will also be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping.
We can ship to anywhere else in the world for a flat rate fee of £30, this will be sent using Royal Mail Airsure.
Please note that shipping to the USA or Canada can take anywhere from 12 days up to 6 weeks. This is due to potential hold-ups at Customs and Import. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any hold-ups at Customs and you (the customer) are responsible for any import taxes that may apply.
If we have made a mistake with your order or your goods are faulty in some way, please let us know by contacting us. We accept returns for misprints and faulty goods within 7 days from dispatch. For more information on our returns policy please see our terms and conditions page.
